Precise material handling from the dock → buffer zone → conveyor/stacker is achieved through the integration of distance measurement positioning and dispatching systems. Automatic unloading from the furnace to designated buffer locations is triggered by the dispatch system's furnace information, resulting in a 3x speed improvement over manual operation and eliminating the need for manual alignment.
