This system integrates multiple functions, including goods detection, warehousing, distribution, and on-site services. It includes four rail-guided stacker cranes, one set of in/out storage conveyor systems (including 88 in-storage conveyors and 20 lifting machines), two dual-position automatic distribution vehicles, one single-position automatic distribution vehicle, one robotic arm system, an in-storage barcode automatic recognition system (including RF), an out-storage LED display screen verification system, and a computer management information system (WMS), with 4624 storage locations. As the first automated three-dimensional warehouse in this industry, this project's implementation has enabled the customer to achieve comprehensive intelligent management of personnel, machinery, and materials, improving customer management efficiency and service levels, reducing logistics costs, and enhancing customer competitiveness.
